The Opportunity

Are you a project manager ready to take your career to the next level, working more closely with clients as the primary client contact point for key projects such as website redesign, marketing automation, social media marketing and other integrated programs? Not only will you develop project plans, but you will provide skilled consultation on client needs and work with team specialists to deliver the highest quality programs for our clients.

You are aligned to this role if you:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of digital marketing projects through scope, presentation, execution, and closure.
  • Build out and manage digital marketing projects in our project management tool on schedule, on budget and within scope. Keep an eye on project costs and adjust project as needed to achieve project margin goals.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project budget status and forecast, update them on project plans including timeline shifts, and present project deliverables. Report to leadership on project KPIs, challenges and opportunities.
  • Keep your project teams (full-time and contract employees) motivated and doing good work. Provide high-quality project leadership in a timely and efficient manner by keeping the team apprised of relevant project information, status, and issues.
  • Manage internal resources effectively, including internal meeting attendance and specialist input. Ensure your teams’ proper use of tasking and time tracking tools.
  • Manage projects across disciplines such as web development, marketing automation, marketing data and analytics, email marketing, social media marketing, content strategy, paid media and data migration.
  • Identify additional opportunities for agency work that would be of value to your clients and craft up-scope proposals with the account manager.

You are even further aligned if your experience entails:

  • More than 5 years professional experience with project management in an agency or consulting services setting.
  • Thorough knowledge of project management industry terms, technologies, standards, trends and best practices.
  • Experience planning web design projects.
